Here’s our preliminary menu. We’ll add dinner specials and other items to the menu on a rotating basis and will soon release our full menu.

S T A R T E R S

Fries – house-cut fries served with Rooster Sauce.

Salad – greens tossed with onion, cucumber, cheddar, croutons, house-made lemon herb vinaigrette.

Curds – hand-breaded curds served with Rooster Sauce.

Pel’meni Dumplings – beef, potato, or mix. topped with chili sauce, curry powder, clarified butter, a dash of cilantro, sour cream.

M A I N S

All burgers are hand-pattied in-house, served on a brioche bun. Add fries or greens. Cheese choices include American, mild cheddar, aged Swiss, and smoked provolone. Add bacon, mushrooms, sautéed onions, or house-pickled jalapenos. Substitute a veggie patty, grilled chicken, or fried chicken on any sandwich.

Beet Salad – Roasted red and golden beets over greens with oranges, bleu cheese, cabbage, onion, citrus mustard vinaigrette.

Classic Cheeseburger – lettuce, tomato, onion, choice of cheese.

Mushroom Swiss Burger – dijonnaise, sautéed mushrooms, aged swiss cheese.

Jazzed Up Burger – house-made pickles, sauteed onions, smoked provolone cheese, herbed aioli, bacon.

Angry Chicken Sandwich – spicy hand-breaded chicken with house-pickled jalapenos, red cabbage slaw, pepper-jack cheese, rooster sauce.

Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich – marinated grilled chicken breast with bacon, aged swiss cheese, sautéed onions, honey mustard.

Philly Cheesesteak – house-shaved ribeye, smoked provolone, sautéed onions, garlic aioli.

Friday Fish

Fish Dinner – beer-battered cod, slaw, house-made tarter, lemon, choice of fries or greens.

Baja Fish Tacos – beer-battered cod, red cabbage slaw, lime crema, cilantro, flour tortilla, lime wedges.
