Come see what happens when Brooklyn, NY meets Lincoln, NE as troubadours Rick Fink and Mike Semrad meet in the mid-west for the Kindred Spirits Tour at the Red Rooster on Wednesday, October 2nd! Show is at 7p, $10 cover at the door.
Mike Semrad, Sower Records artist, is a songwriter from Lincoln, Nebraska, who brings a flare of rockabilly and old-time to his sound. His uncle toured with Johnny Cash, and he comes from a musical family of song-slingers.
Rick Fink, from Brooklyn, New York, armed with a guitar and a wicked sense of humor, has been gaining a reputation around the NYC and East Coast area as a prolific songwriter. Rick Fink was also a founding member and primary singer/songwriter for the Gas House Gorillas, who had a great following in the area a few years back.
